TIMES FOR SATURDAY - Gates at TBA, Driver’s Meeting 1pm, Practice 1:30pm – 2:05pm & 3:10pm – 3:45pm, Qualifying Tech Opens 5:10pm, Qualifying 6:40pm.
SCANNING REQUIRED – It is mandatory that each spotter has a radio (or scanner) that will scan the SRL Race Control frequency at 460.0625. It keeps your team better informed and speeds up the event. Note: Kay from Performance Radios will not be at the RMR event.

SOUND LIMITS – The DB rule of the SPEARS Southwest Tour Series is maximum 95dba at 100 feet at all tracks, unless the track requirements are under 95dba. Please do your work in the shop.
FISHING TOURNAMENT (Fishing License) – If you are one of the 36 participants who have entered the ‘Berkley Fishing Tournament’, be sure to purchase your ‘one-day’ Utah Fishing License before next Friday on-line at: https://secure.utah.gov/serv2-hflo/hflo/login#. RMR PIT AGE POLICY - (Please read below info.) No minimum age.
WAIVER POLICY TO BE COMPLETED:
1. Waiver – “The Waiver” must be signed by both parents/guardians of all minor participants ages 17 and younger. (Signatures of a parent or minor who is not signing before a designated Rocky Mountain Raceways employee must be notarized.)
2. Birth Certificate – A copy of the minor/child participant’s certified Birth Certificate must accompany “The Waiver” unless a certified copy of the Birth Certificate is already on file at the track from the previous year. (All inquiries regarding a minor participant’s previous file must be made by Thursday night at 5 pm to Danica Stewart by email or phone. Please see below for contact information.)
3. Parent’s Identification – Copies of both parent’s ID’s will also need to accompany “The Waiver” and Birth Certificate.
The track has stated not to wait until race day to do paper work.
