2023 SPEARS Southwest Tour Series

TESTING POLICY WHICH WILL BEGIN ON MARCH 26^th, 2023

1. NO TESTING THE WEEK OF AN EVENT AT HOST TRACK: There will be no SRL Team testing allowed the week of a race event (Sunday-Thursday) at the track hosting the upcoming SRL race. (This policy begins on March 26^th. There are no testing restrictions prior to March 26^th.)

Example:

• Stockton 99 Speedway is hosting the SPEARS Southwest Tour Series on July 15th, there will be no testing allowed at Stockton 99 Speedway from Sunday, July 9^th through Thursday, July 13^th.
• A team may test at other tracks the week of July 9th^th through Thursday, July 13^th, just not at Stockton 99 Speedway.

2. DATE POLICY BEGINS: The 2023 Testing Policy described in ‘Item #1’ will not be in effect until after the March 25^th Kern County Raceway event. (You can test at any time prior to the Kern County Raceway March 24^th/25^th)

3. FRIDAY SRL TESTING: This policy does not apply to SRL scheduled Friday Practice Days associated with SRL sanctioned events.  Friday SRL Practice will continue to be part of each SPEARS Southwest Tour Series event in 2023, all teams welcome to attend every Friday SRL Practice.  There is no testing on a Friday morning before the SRL Practice Day begins.
