2018 SRL Southwest Tour Series Champion Jeremy Doss
No luck for Doss: Our 2018 SRL Southwest Tour Series champion Jeremy Doss had an up and down weekend at the 57th Annual Snowball Derby. Doss took the green from the 21st starting position, but lost a lap early in the event. The team made changes to the car under the first controlled caution and the car came to life. The #44 Bob Lyon Racing Hamke Racecar Chassis came to life and got back on the lead lap. Unfortunately, Doss could not miss an accident just ahead of him and suffered nose damage.
The car was still fast, however, and Doss began picking off positions, before overheating issues sidelined the team in 25th, completing 155 of 300 laps.
