1. If a car/driver has earned points in the SPEARS Southwest Tour Series in 2015, they must run the event under SRL rules.

 

2. If a car/driver has earned points in the RMCS in 2015, they must run the event under RMCS rules.

 

3. If a car/driver hasn’t competed in EITHER series in 2015, they can run whichever set of rules they choose.
4. An “open” event, like the Winter Showdown DOES NOT COUNT.
