Jacob Gomes won the Performance Friction Brakes Zero Drag Award, for setting Fast Time for the "Spears Srl Southwest Tour 125 presented by 51 FIFTY Energy Drink" at Madera Speedway. Jacob drew the number three to start third. Eric Schmidt drew the number one and started on the pole.
Eric Schmidt led final practice for the Spears Srl Southwest Tour Series from Madera Speedway. Schmidt drew the number 6 and to go out 6th to qualify. Jeremy Doss was first to test the speedway in qualifying.
