The Stage is Set, the 2013 LoanMart Madera Speedway Schedule is Released
Madera, CA (1.18.13) – The 2013 racing schedule is out and the LoanMart Madera Speedway is ready to roar into action for the upcoming season. Fans will enjoy a mixture of big open wheel events, big stock car events, the best in local racing action, and some unique events for the thrill seekers.
The Speedway opens March 16th with the first of two Spears Southwest Tour races, then March 23rd features the first of six great open wheel nights with the Super Modifieds verses the Winged Sprints, then March 30th is race one of eight in the LoanMart Open Late Model Series. Three big weeks to get the season kicked off in big horsepower fashion!
Several long running traditional events grace the calendar once again for the 2013 season including the Al Pombo Classic, the Gerhardt Classic, the Vukovich Classic, the Smoky Hanoian Classic, and the Harvest Classic.
The third annual Lucas Oil Summertime Horsepower Nationals hits the LoanMart Madera Speedway in July, and if this is anything like the first two events, this is a cannot miss event for fans.
Fans that enjoy cars slipping, sliding, and spinning out in soap and water will be happy to hear there is a four race championship for the crazy Enduro drivers, race one of the Enduro series is in April.
The season concludes October 19th with the seventh annual Pumpkin Smash, and this has become one of the greatest outings for young and old fans alike. This is also Championship night for the LoanMart Open Late Model Series with big bonus bucks on the line, so this is set to be one wild night.
“We have worked very hard to make this the strongest schedule we could for our fans and drivers, we are still working on additions to the schedule that include a monster truck event, and we have a sponsor agreement nearly complete for the open wheel events, so we have more great news to come over the next few weeks” Kenny Shepherd.
