POLLARD WINS 47th RATTLER at SOUTH ALABAMA SPEEDWAY
Bubba Pollard grabbed the lead from Ty Majeski on lap 238 of 250 and led the final 12 circuits to claim his second “Hardee’s Rattler 250” at South Alabama Speedway Sunday afternoon in front of a sun drenched crowd. Pollard earned $25,000 for the victory, that cost Ty Majeski an extra $10,000 bonus from Central Florida Roofing for winning from the back. Pollard took his time, running mid-pack for a majority of the event, but led when it counted.
Pollard beat Majeski, 2018 Spear SRL Southwest Tour Series champion Jeremy Doss, Jett Noland and Michael Atwell to the line. Justin Mondeik, Hunter Robbins, Doss, Majeski and finally Pollard shared the lead over the 250-lap affair. Pollard won in a Senneker Chassis with a Peters Racing Engines Parts Motor.
