Rocha Carries Momentum to Redwood Acres

Bakersfeld, CA – Blaine Rocha has yet to finish worse than sixth in the first three events for the Spears SRL Southwest Tour Series in 2024. He will now head to Redwood Acres Raceway (CA) for the “JM Environmental Inc Wild West Shootout Money Talks 127 presented by Big Valley Sanitation” on August 31st. In his 82nd start with the series, he will seek his third victory, which would be worth $15,000.
Rocha sits second in the championship hunt, and will make his third start at Redwood Acres Raceway, where he has finished third in both previous appearances. He was the Fast Qualifier the last time the SRL visited in 2016. The Oakdale, CA driver now has 24 career top five finishes and 43 top 10’s. Rocha has five RaceCals Fast Time Awards, which ties him for sixth overall in the series record books, after setting Fast Time at the “All-Star Showdown” earlier this year.
After multiple near misses in the win column as of late, Rocha hopes to put his Masellis Drilling, HCI Docks, Pacific State Pipe, Deniz Brothers Ag, Rocha Valley Enterprises, Frontier Lubricants, Phase II Port City Racecars Super Late Model back in Victory Lane next Saturday night.
