Ross Strmiska Looking Forward To Stockton 99

Manteca, CA – Ross Strmiska and his Mainline Equipment/Jack Tone Vineyards Team are set for this Saturday night’s 125 lap SPEARS SRL Southwest Tour Series race at Stockton 99 Speedway.

Strmiska, the third generation driver from Manteca, CA is currently second the SPEARS Southwest Tour championship standings after placing fourth or better in four of the first six races of 2013.

“We’ve had such great cars this season, I can’t wait to get to the track for each race,” stated Strmiska.  “Stockton is our home track.  My dad and my grandpa have raced and won a lot of races there, so it’s always great racing at Stockton with a lot of friends and family in the stands.”

As a warm up for this weekend’s SPEARS Southwest Tour Series event at Stockton, Strmiska and his team traveled to Madera Speedway last Saturday night and won the 100-lap LoanMart Open Late Model event.

“It felt good to win last weekend at Madera,” Strmiska added.  “Even though it wasn’t our Southwest Tour car, it’s still a great boost for our team entering this weekend’s race at Stockton.”
