Veteran Greg Voigt in at NTS Motorsports

KERNERSVILLE, NC (March 14, 2013) Southwest Tour Series veteran Greg Voigt will be behind the wheel of the NTS Motorsports #29 Chevrolet in the SPEARS SRL Southwest Tour Series in 2013.

Voigt of Goleta, CA has thirty-six SPEARS SRL Southwest Tour Series starts in his career, with one win, seventeen top fives and four fast times.  Voigt finished third in the 2008 SPEARS SRL Southwest Tour Series championship, and then second to M.K. Kanke in the 2009 championship.

NTS Motorsports has fielded cars in the SPEARS SRL Southwest Tour Series since 2007, with drivers Brennan Newberry, Jeff Oleen, and David Mayhew.  For 2013, NTS Motorsports will field two full-time NASCAR Camping World Truck Series teams for Brennan Newberry and Ron Hornaday, Jr. out of the team’s 70,000 square foot Kernersville facility.  From their Bakersfield shop, NTS fields a full-time K&N Pro Series team for rookie, Dallas Montes, in addition to the full-time effort for Voigt in the SPEARS SRL Southwest Tour Series.

Voigt and NTS Motorsports will start their 2013 season this weekend at Madera Speedway for the SPEARS SRL Southwest Tour Series season opening Melo’s Gas and Gear 151 presented by 51 FIFTY Energy Drink.
